The house has a small private and picturesque courtyard hugging the church wall. The courtyard leads to the kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor and the Havana room and the bell tower via an old limestone staircase guarded by potted geraniums. There are two old iron gates facing the south side of the property. A rose and herb garden are flourishing. A solitary grape vine shades the kitchen entrance from May until October. Ivy climbs up the walls. Wild flowers grow out of the stone. All outdoor furniture has been imported from R.P. Brookes & Sons from Los Angeles. The furniture is weather treated antique green and bronze including swivel rockers, double gliders, double chaise lounge, arm chairs, 2 service carts and an oval cast table large enough to seat 6.
